Friendly, family-run hotel in Greek village

Great place in nature
Lovely hotel and Nikos was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice - the lady who served us breakfast was lovely and super smiley. We also had the chance to go on a great bird watching boat ride.

Superb break in a caring family hotel.
A fantastic experience in a clean, well-stocked and friendly hotel that is very efficiently run. Nikos and Malina were brilliant in making me feel welcome. The boat trip to see the wildlife was fantastic, and Nikos even found time to drive me round the lake to show me the good birdwatching spots. Very sad to leave.

Unacceptable all floor shakes zero soundproofing kept us and 60 euros more because smoked 10 cigarettes in the room I recommend not to go instead professional and unacceptable Go somewhere else and not there People are not good They are useless And the excuse that kept me 60 euros extra for smoking the same room was to wash the curtains I recommend not to go

Great hotel with spacious rooms.
Great hotel with spacious rooms. We stayed here with a group of nature enthusiasts and used the hotel for our daily trips in the Kirkini area. Cosy hotel in the city
Nice cozy place, large room, good kitchen equipment, bathroom was nice and warm (in winter). All clean. In the dining room always access to tea and coffee. Very good breakfast, extensive, varied and delicious. Large terraces. Everything was great, the bed was the only thing too soft for us. Nikos organizes super great boat trips on Kerkini Lake with pelican watching. We went boating three times, it was a unique experience. Worth visiting lake Kerkini
The guest house is very convenient located for a trip to lake Kerkini. Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately there is no breakfast during August, but coffee and cake is offered every morning. The owner is also organizing a boat trip to the lake offering excellent info.

Pelican Photography Workshop
I stayed here for 3 nights with photo buddies. The accommodation was clean, very comfortable and room had a double bed and was roomy. I was a single occupant. As this was a bird photography trip so we were out very early before sun rise and back well after sun set and dinner. So the brunch provided mid morning was an important meal. Mikos and his team provided a very healthy brunch with Greek yogurt and toppings, meats/cheese, fruits, breads with spreads, cereal, eggs(cooked differently each day) and sweet pastries. The meal was plentiful and tasty. The beds restful and the balcony very welcoming in the middle of the day. Small relaxed local hotel with nice breakfast
The hotel is super local, no other hotel in the immediate region. The building is well equiped and the rooms are spacious and have all the necessary items. Wifi connection is pretty ok, especailly for such a remote town. Breakfast is good, they have some bread, cereals, fresh mades ham and cheese toast, eggs, local spniach pie or sweet cream pie, fruit, nuts, freshly baked cake... Really nice. There is a coffee machine (with beans) and you can also get tea, juices, hot chocolate. The rooms are old fashioned but ok. The bathroom is ok, maybe 1 item is that the shower space is pretty small and only has a shower curtain. Heating and/or arco is working very well. At the opposite of the street there is the local supermarket where you can also get everything you want and at the other side a very nice pastry shop. Don't expect much more in the village. We loved it and it was a good place to stay a couple of days.
